In Q3 the total office stock in Warsaw increased by more then 102 000 sqm and reached 2.96 million sqm. Over the first three quarters of 2008 as much as 244 400 sqm were delivered to the market, which represents a 33% growth in comparison to the corresponding period of 2007.

These 3 countries are again experiencing strong growth, even more this year than last, after a period of low GDP growth due to the general situation in Europe. The recovery is mainly due to a change in the exchange rate policy: these countries had been experiencing strong real appreciation
