
PBW Real Estate Fund was established in 2002 by AEW Europe and a group of major European institutional investors, to focus on the acquisition of prime downtown office and retail properties in Central Europe.
Dedicated to AAA class offices and shopping centers located in Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland, the PBW real estate portfolio totals around 200 000 m2 with several landmark buildings including the Myslbek and IBC buildings in Czech Republic,EMKE, the West End Business Center and MOM Park in Hungary, and Atrium Tower and Klif in Poland.
These properties are managed by specialised management subsidiaries of PBW located in the three main cities, Prague, Budapest and Warsaw.
This makes it possible for PBW to offer leading companies efficient office and retail accommodation solutions, locally or across the Region, in Poland, Hungary and Czech Republic.
